Take the Sierra de Alcaraz Greenway, which is actually two spectacular stretches. One spanning 74 kilometres and another of approximately 19. The difference is that the first guides you between the impressive basins of the Jardín and Cubillo rivers, the Laguna Strict Natural Reserve and the Laguna del Arquillo and Sierra de Alcaraz Natural Monument. And the second section surprises with the Sierra de Cazorla Nature Reserve, in addition to the Rumblar, Guadalén and Guadalmena basins. You will see with your own eyes what an authentic fairytale route looks like: the path is part of the Don Quixote route, an itinerary that follows in the footsteps of the protagonist of the novel “The Ingenious Gentleman Don Quixote of La Mancha” by Miguel de Cervantes. Like him, you will weave your path between pine and oak forests, tunnels, bridges and farm fields. Get ready to live his adventures and discover lands that will leave you speechless.
